What Kind of Campus Events Can We Participate In?

1. Annual Job Fairs
Every school year, Long Beach City College hosts two job fairs-one at each campus. In the fall semester, the Pacific Coast Campus holds its Annual Job Fair in the month of October. During the spring semester, the Liberal Arts Campus, in cooperation with L.A. County DPSS, hosts its Annual Job Fair during the month of April. To request more information or to be placed on our mailing list, please send an email to rbrinker@lbcc.edu or aberry@lbcc.edu .

2. Career Panel
Every year, the Career & Job Services Center organizes Career Panels designed to expose our students to a variety of career fields. Local employers and professionals are invited to speak on a career panel to share related career information with our students. Past Career Panels have included "What You Can Do with an A.A. in Human Services" and "Careers in the Health Field." If you are interested in participating in one of our upcoming Career Panels or would like to suggest your own ideas for a panel, please send an email to one of our Career Development Center Coordinators rabair@lbcc.edu or dgarcia@lbcc.edu .
